Modern Cut Studio was born from a passion for authentic craftsmanship. Our founder, after spending years honing skills in barbershops across Montreal and New York, returned to Toronto with a vision: create a space where the timeless art of barbering could flourish alongside contemporary style.
We opened our doors in a modest space on Queen Street, armed with nothing but sharp scissors, quality products, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Word spread quickly, and what began as a solo venture has evolved into a team of seven dedicated professionals.

The Studio
Our current location spans 1,800 square feet in Toronto's vibrant downtown core. The space blends industrial elements with warm wood accents, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
Six fully-equipped stations allow us to maintain our commitment to quality while accommodating a steady flow of appointments. The waiting area features comfortable seating, complimentary beverages, and reading material for those who arrive early.
Our Commitment
We stand behind every service we provide. If you're not completely satisfied with your cut within 48 hours of your appointment, return and we'll make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our team's abilities and our dedication to your satisfaction.
