You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site:

- To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Modern Cut Studio, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Appointment Bookings
When you submit an appointment request through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment; all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.
You agree to provide at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
Service Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services and pricing. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
